Bookings are made through the Drive City app, not this website. When you sign up and book a lesson we collect your name, phone number, chosen service, date and time, and — if you pay by card — your payment is processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider, under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details ourselves.

If you're learning to drive you'll also upload a photo of your provisional licence, which is stored securely and used only to confirm your eligibility to book lessons.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we hold to:

• Arrange, confirm and deliver your driving lessons or test-day car hire

• Contact you about your bookings, including reminders and changes

• Respond to your enquiries

• Meet legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our booking and payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

5. Data retention

We keep booking and lesson records only for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, tax and insurance requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

Our website is designed to work without invasive tracking. If analytics or cookies are used in future, they will be limited to understanding how the site is used and improving your experience.
